Death Jordanian artist Nabil al-Mashini, known as "Abu Awad"

Nabil al-Mashini was born in 1939 in Jerusalem, son of the Jordanian artist Isaac al-Mashini and the brother of the artist Osama al-Mashini.

The most famous of his works is "Abu Awwad Lane", famous in the eighties and after which many Jordanian Bedouin works, including "Ras Ghulis".

He was appointed President of the Jordanian Artists Association and was appointed to the Jordanian Senate in 2003.
