Liverpool defeated Burnley 4-1 at Anfield Stadium, home of the Reds, in round 30 of the Premier League.

Liverpool advanced 73 points in second place behind Manchester City by one point, while Burnley had 30 points on the board.

Liverpool faces Bayern Munich on Wednesday in the second leg of the Champions League at the Allianz Arena, after the first-leg match in England.

Game summary:

The visitors opened the scoring in the sixth minute of the match, after a corner kick from Ashley Westwood, to enter Liverpool's net right in the middle of the amazing Brazilian goalkeeper Alison, who opposed a clash with the Bernini striker.

In the 14th minute, Liverpool attempted to equalize after Salah passed the ball to Fermino. The Brazilian penetrated the area to kick the goal, but the defense turned in a corner.
