Mohammed Al Shennawi, the goalkeeper of the first football team of Al Ahly, presented Saturday ankle rays in a hospital in the Congolese capital, Kinshasa, after the matches of the clubs Ahly and Vita during the fifth round of the African Champions League.
The rays proved that goalkeeper Ahli was sprained in the ankle and that his absence would be determined after the return of the player to Cairo.
Al-Shennawi let Al Ahly and the Vita Club get hurt after a Vita Club player fell in a joint balloon to be replaced by goalkeeper Lutfi.
Al Ahly sided with the Congolese Vita Club in the fifth round, leaving them behind in Group 7 and second behind Algerian Al-Saoura.
