The Executive Regulation on Human Resources in the Public Service sets out the reasons for the employee's separation from service in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
The regulation explained that one of the grounds for dismissal of an employee is resignation, retirement, cancellation of work, health impairment or unsatisfactory assessment.
She added that if the employee receives an assessment of his performance "unsatisfactory" 3 times in a row and does not file a grievance or does not accept his grievance, he is terminated his service and the service of the employee is judged permanently invalid by a decision of the general medical authority. Return to the previous position if it is vacant or if another position is presented to the committee and decides that it is fit for health.
One of the reasons for dismissal of the employee according to the regulations: dismissal for disciplinary reasons, dismissal by royal decree or decision of the Council of Ministers, loss of nationality, withdrawal or removal of the employee's right or absence from work without lawful excuse for 15 consecutive days Or 30 days in the year, or do not return to work after being discharged within 15 days, or if the transfer decision is not enforced without lawful excuse within 15 days from the date of notification of the decision.
