The Ministry of Labor and Social Development has launched the Electronic Compliance Initiative, which aims to increase the companies' obligation to regularly pay their employees and encourage the private sector to settle down.
The initiative also aims to help workers preserve their rights with employers and businesses and to create a reliable mechanism to guarantee the interests of the parties to the contractual relationship.
This initiative allows companies to issue a certificate of compliance to the wage protection program and print it electronically. This certificate will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue, targeting the institutions subject to and not subject to the salary protection program.
The Ministry has defined two conditions for the issuance of an electronic bond certificate, namely the regular payment of the salary of all employees of the establishment for three months and the absence of pay protection notice at the time of application. .
