The Saudi Commission of Certified Residents (Assessment), under the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, revealed on Wednesday three steps to get an estimate of the damage to the vehicle as a result of an accident.
The Authority pointed out that to obtain an estimate of damage, an electronic appointment had to be booked via the "Estimate" site, then go to the center where the damage will be assessed and the value of the parts, to determine the appropriate compensation value for the repair of the vehicle.
The third and final step involves sending an SMS containing the evaluation report to the vehicle owner, while a copy of the report is sent to the insurance company in electronic form as part of the efforts of the the Authority to help the citizens and residents of the Kingdom.
