The program noted that in order to achieve and maximize impact and support the target group, the beneficiary selection mechanism depends on the following conditions:
– The husband and wife must be Saudi nationals.
– The husband must be between 21 and 40 years old and the woman between 18 and 40 years old.
– Be the first marriage of a man.
– The candidate must have a minimum level of secondary education.
– The marriage contract should not be more than one year from the date of the application.
– The monthly income must not exceed 4000 riyals.
– Do not increase the dowry of 50 000 riyals.
– Follow the financial awareness course and achieve a score of at least 60%.
– Priority to the children of duty martyrs and orphans and people with special needs.
