The Ministry of Labor and Social Development canceled the license of one company and 14 recruitment offices from the beginning of 2018 until the end of January 2019 for violation of the rules of recruitment practice.

The ministry has withdrawn bank guarantees for these offices for failing to meet their obligations to their clients, in addition to terminating services provided by the Ministry and related parties.

Ministry spokesman Khalid Aba Al-Khail said the decisions were intended to protect the rights of candidates. The ministry continues to verify that recruitment offices and recruitment companies respect the rules and regulations governing field recruitment activities and electronic monitoring visits.

He invited clients to inform the Ministry of any irregularities or problems encountered in recruiting through official channels in order to be able to submit appeals by calling 19911 or through branches and work desks in all regions. of the Kingdom.
