The founder of "Watts Ab" calls the world to delete "Facebook"
Brian Acton, co-founder of WattsApp, called on the world to delete their accounts on Facebook in a letter to students.
The "Billionaire of Technology" delivered a public address at Stanford University in the United States.
Acton explained to students the principles that led to the creation of Watts Ab and defended his decision to sell the company to Facebook for 14 billion pounds in 2014.
Facebook and other tech giants, such as Google, have also been criticized for their excessive focus on profits.
Acton left Watts Abe in 2017 because he has not agreed to show ads in the mail system. The co-founder of WattsApp, Jancom, left Facebook last year because he did not agree with the company's plans to invest in WattsApp and the policy of the user's privacy.
This is not the first time Acton calls for the removal of Facebook: in 2018, a similar tweet was posted on his Twitter account after the revelation of the Cambridge scandal.
In his latest speech, Acton said that all Internet giants were "not equipped" to make decisions about quality content, z and what users can see.
Bryan Acton believes that users can prevent tech companies from controlling their lives by removing this decision-making power.
Many people seem to agree with Acton 's comments on the internet and emphasize their reliance on technology giants, regardless of their lifestyle.
Facebook had a worldwide outage this week, but the company confirmed that the big event had nothing to do with attacks or advanced "DDoS".
