Dr. Ayman al-Sayyid Salem, professor and head of the thoracic department at the Faculty of Medicine of Cairo University, revealed that many people complain of severe chest pain, such as a serious sting and mild pain in some people.

"The causes of chest pain are many, including chest pain caused by the heart," said Dr. Salem. "Many heart patients experience a vague malaise and may be associated with a heart attack or a problem.

Salem explained that the causes of heart-related chest pain include a heart attack caused by a blood clot preventing blood from circulating in the heart muscle, as well as angina pectoris that can gradually build up on the walls. internal arteries that carry blood to the heart. By narrowing the arteries and preventing blood flow to the heart, especially during exercise.

He pointed out that there was a condition called pumped blood that occurs in the separation between the layers of the aorta, which is the main artery that comes out of the heart to distribute the blood in the body , and the separation between the layers of the artery results in a leak of blood between the layers of the aorta, possibly leading to an explosion resulting in sudden death.

"There is an inflammation of the peritoneum, which is the inflammation of the sac around the heart, and leads to an aggravation of acute pain with breathing or lying and are the causes of chest pain caused by the heart.
