"Relaxation test" for breast cancer after treatment

[ad_1]

Scientists from Cambridge and Stanford University have been able to develop a new blood test that will allow breast cancer survivors to know their chances of surviving fully or returning to the disease over the next 20 years.

The test provides a long-term respite for women by predicting the return of the disease, by detecting the genes responsible for the disease, by testing breast cancer in approximately 2,000 patients.

After examining the usual tumors, they found that there were 11 different types of breast cancer, most of which presented a risk of relapse.
