The administrative appeal court of the Eastern Province started Monday its first judgment against the real estate fund.

When the court upheld thousands of preliminary judgments in favor of the victims of the real estate fund by the administrative courts of Dammam, Hafr al-Batin, Jouf and Arar.

When the provisions provided for the cancellation of the negative decision of the real estate fund, by which it transferred its beneficiaries to commercial banks, thereby abandoning its role as lender on its capital.

The court obliged the real estate fund to comply with the third paragraph of Cabinet Decision No. 82 of 5/3/1435, excluding real estate fund beneficiaries who had filed claims before 23 / 7/1432 of the housing assistance organization.
The decision requires the real estate fund to treat them in accordance with the procedures in force before arranging housing assistance and to lend each beneficiary 500,000 riyals of its capital.

In detail, Mr. Ahmed Al Qahtani, spokesman of the victims of the real estate fund "Echo Electronic", said that we had obtained a preliminary ruling in our favor on March 5, 1439, appealed the real estate fund and carried our business in front of the Court of Appeal. The second administrative district of the Eastern Province Administrative Court held its court session at 8 am and rendered a judgment in favor of the victims of the real estate fund, in favor of thousands of judgments rendered by the administrative courts for the benefit of those who appear before four administrative tribunals in each of the courts.

This is the first hearing before the administrative court of Eastern Region, followed by several consecutive sessions in the coming days to end all transactions with the real estate fund.

The Dammam Administrative Court of Appeal is the final court in the real estate fund victims case, preceded by four courts of appeal in Riyadh, Mecca, Medina and Abha.

Thus, the curtain falls on the question of the victims of the real estate fund and the fund loses all the chances of the government in its favor and does not remain after this stage, but submits to the provisions of the judiciary, which exceeded that moment more than 50 000 final judgment as well as 100,000 main judgment awaiting his role in the courts of appeal.

Al-Qahtani called on the real estate fund to quickly implement the provisions of the judicial system and to remove the damage done to those affected.

In conclusion, al-Qahtani thanked those affected by the guardian of the two holy mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

He also thanked the owners of the judges for the merit of the Grievance Committee, led by His Excellency Sheikh Khalid Al Yousuf, Chair of the Grievance Committee, for carrying out so many proceedings against the Real Estate Fund.
