The third court of appeal of Jazan District Court, Saudi Arabia, began hearing the case at Jazan General Hospital in 2015.

The court complained of "manslaughter" and "administrative abuse", which caused death and injuries of up to 150 people.

According to the local newspaper "Sabd", five defendants have been implicated, including a former managing director, two commanders, a staff member and an expatriate.

The case was returned to court after the evidence and evidence against the defendants had been documented and proved their involvement, as I began the proceedings to review the case and investigate.

At least 25 people died in the fire and more than 100 others were injured. A national corporation has been found guilty of the incident and a lawsuit for negligence or negligence.

Two health officials were brought before the Public Prosecutor's Office, disciplinary proceedings were initiated against them and three engineers, including one Arab, were referred to the Investigation and Prosecution Commission.

The fire at Jazan General Hospital was the third most serious fire ever to occur in a hospital in the world due to the number of deaths, the most serious health disaster in Saudi Arabia.

Before the tragic incident that claimed the lives of 25 people, most of whom were Saudis, Civil Defense had provided the hospital with a series of irregularities and observations about the lack of security of it.
