Chelsea asked Real Madrid to allow Belgian star Eden Hazard to join the royal team at the summer Mercato.
The London-based Mirror newspaper announced that the London team would not discuss any Real Madrid offer to include Hazard in a transaction of less than £ 98.5 million.
According to reports in the press, Real has already made an official offer for 82 million pounds sterling, but the London team rejected it.
