The company, whose main task is to manage relationships and differences between them, to ensure security, order and law enforcement, to counter threats, to guarantee public and private rights and to provide goods and services. This institution is run by an authority that emanates from society, represents it and realizes its will, and remains in this responsibility as long as it has demonstrated its effectiveness. But the conception of the state as a tool of government and control does not belong to us either, because it shows that it has occupied different generations of European thinkers (especially Marxists).
