ArchiveThe Supreme Court of Civil Appeal of the Kingdom of Bahrain issued a decision reinstating the heirs of a Saudi businessman on the property of a villa he had bought six years ago for 5.5 million riyals.

The Saudi businessman entrusted his Asian partner with the purchase of the villa and paid the amount, and the Asian partner was constantly transferring the villa to the owner of the company as his agent in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

After the death of a Saudi businessman with a serious illness, his Asian agent sold the villa to a partner with the third Bahraini nationality, which is considered a false act, because the Agency is deemed to be devoid of any deaths.

The heirs of the Saudi businessman sued his Asian and Bahraini partners to recover the villa.
