The Council of Ministers has decided to cancel the dismissal of teachers who are not convicted of offenses in the areas of intellectual property, security and drugs.
The commission explained in its decision that the teacher who had been fired from his job due to his absence and who had proved that he was detained by the security services and released without a judgment imposed on him, withdraws his decision to dismiss him.
The decision aimed to address the conditions of these teachers in accordance with the provisions of the civil service system and its implementing regulations, without prejudice to the provisions of the Civil Service Council Resolution (1-1097) of 12- 9-1426.
