SAMA explains when banks have the right to reimburse fees and commissions

The Saudi Monetary Agency (Sama) has clarified that in some cases, local banks and their customers have the right to recover fees and commissions paid when they get a service or a banking product.

Sama added that the obligation to recover these amounts was not to use the banking service paying its fees or the banking product, and not to benefit from it within 10 days from the date of payment.
