He added that the Kingdom insists on the importance of a political solution to the Yemeni crisis on the basis of the Gulf initiative, the results of the Yemeni national dialogue and the Council Resolution 2216 of security. It also stresses the importance of joining international efforts to support Yemeni legitimacy and to bring Iranian-backed Houthi militias to comply with the will of the international community.
The Kingdom has made great efforts to ensure the success of the consultations in Sweden and called for a follow-up of the implementation of what was agreed during these consultations and to hold the Iranian-backed terrorist militias to responsible for the situation in Yemen.
He reiterated his call for a political solution to the crises faced by some of our Arab countries, in accordance with international references in this regard, and welcomed the efforts made by Europe in this regard.
He said that the Palestinian issue was the first issue of the Arab countries at the recent summit of leaders of Arab countries organized by the Kingdom, called the Jerusalem Summit, and reaffirmed our firm resolve to restore all the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
The guardian of the two holy mosques said that the Kingdom, like many other countries, was suffering from terrorism and had led many international efforts to combat it at all levels, including the drying up of its terrorists. intellectual and financial resources, stressing the importance of continuing joint action against terrorism and money laundering.
"We believe that urgent humanitarian problems are at the center of the concerns of refugees, migrants and displaced persons in their country because of the tragedies of war and conflict and we hope that this summit will be able to find solutions." He emphasized that in terms of Islamic and Arab principles and constants, we do not compromise or delay the fulfillment of our humanitarian duties. The crises experienced by many countries and peoples of the region and the world without religious or ethnic discrimination.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques said that the Kingdom has provided more than $ 35 billion in aid to more than 80 countries in the humanitarian, charitable and development fields.
