The official spokesman of the Ministry of Housing announced an additional loan of 140 000 riyals for the beneficiaries of the program "Residential" from 50 years and more civilians and pensioners – including military – in addition to the basic loan 500,000 riyals.

Saif Al Swailem explained that the initiative aimed to facilitate the ownership of these first housing beneficiaries, supporting the advance payment of 20% of the value of the property up to a maximum of 140,000 riyals, indicating that the additional loan is paid after the completion of repayment of the basic loan with financing.

He pointed out that the products available to the loan recipients: units ready, units under construction, will soon add to the self-build.

To qualify for the loan, the beneficiary must be on the list of persons registered in the Development Fund or the Ministry of Housing.
