Brigadier Khalid Nasser Al-Razzouqi said that all the services that will be stopped are available on many smart channels provided by the Dubai police, either via the Internet or via smart services on mobile phones, internet service stores, and other services. exchange and touch devices available in the country, noting that the percentage of smart and electronic services provided via the website Electronic and intelligent applications have exceeded 80% last year, indicating that the number of transactions carried out by the Dubai police during the past year amounted to 2 million transactions.
Brigadier Al-Razzouqi indicated that there is a marketing plan for services that will be implemented through intelligent applications through various media such as newspapers, radio and television, as well as through advertising and promotion through electronic interfaces.
For his part, Colonel Juma Bin Suwaidan said that the traffic services that will be interrupted by any dealer can be obtained through the intelligent services provided by the Dubai Police on its website and through smart apps and touch screens available in the mall of Dubai and various emirates of the state, indicating at the same time To apply for one of these services at the service center, you will learn to access the service via intelligent applications.
Colonel Juma Bin Suwaidan explained that the next phase of traffic services to be stopped via the service centers will take place next July. There are four services: smart booking request, request for payment of a vehicle reservation fee, application for payment of the amount of traffic violations (checks).
