According to Okaz, the project will allow citizens and residents to bring in 3 to 5 pilgrims and recruit again three times a year.
He explained that the visas of the pilgrims would be issued to the citizens registered on the civil status and to the residents of the residence. He specified that the home would be open to the citizen so that he could make his will and that it be reserved for the first class parents of the resident. The host must take care of the pilgrims and serve them until they leave.
