The Tunisian singer sent a letter to US President Donald Trump via his Twitter account.
"In spite of you, the Golan is Syrian Arab," said Latifa in a tweet accompanied by the Syrian national anthem.
Latifa said: "And the victory for you arrives and the opening is clear."
Trump signed a decree recognizing Israel's sovereignty over the occupied Syrian Golan.
The decree formalizes Trump's declaration of March 21 stating that it is time for the United States to fully recognize Israel's sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
The Golan is a Syrian territory occupied by Israel since June 5, 1967 and refuses to withdraw from it despite United Nations Security Council Resolution 497 of December 17, 1981, inviting Israel to cancel the annexation of the Syrian Golan and to consider its laws, jurisdiction and administration as null Impact.
