It was unclear whether the unified sermon on the fight against commercial concealment would include the Great Mosque in Mecca and the Prophet's Mosque in Medina.

Commercial concealment is the practice of foreign expatriates under the names of Saudi nationals who associate them with commercial, industrial and various activities and prohibited from activity or exploitation without obtaining the necessary authorizations and licenses or according to the specific conditions and spreading widely in the Kingdom.
