The guardian of the two holy mosques, King Salman Ben Abdul Aziz, went to Tunisia Thursday for an official visit at the invitation of Tunisian President Béji Kayed Sibsi.
The Royal Court said in a statement that during the visit, bilateral relations between the two countries would be discussed and ways to strengthen them in all areas and discuss regional and international issues of common interest.
He added that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques will lead the delegation of the Kingdom to the meetings of the Arab League Council at the summit of its 30th ordinary session in Tunis on Sunday.
The guardian of the two holy mosques has issued an order naming the Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, to manage the affairs of the state and look after the interests of the people during his trip abroad.
