In view of our intention to go out of the Kingdom on Thursday, the twenty-first day of Rajab in 1440, according to the calendar of Umm Al-Qura, corresponding to the twenty-eight of March 2019, we charged his Royal Highness the Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Crown Prince in the management of the affairs of the State and in the defense of the interests of the population during trips outside the Kingdom.
