On Wednesday, the dollar rose against the Egyptian pound in eight banks compared to Tuesday's level, while the US dollar had gained a dime on Ahli banks, in Egypt and in the Arab African countries, Alexandria, to 17.25 pounds to buy and 17.35 pounds to the sale.
The price set at ADIB and CIB increased the price of the dollar to 17.25 pounds on the purchase and 17.35 pounds on sale, while the price of the US currency rose by one penny at Al Baraka Bank and Credit Agricole at 17.26 pounds at the purchase and 17.36 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar increased by two cents to 17.27 pounds with the purchase and 17.37 pounds on the Suez canal channel and settled the dollar at the Islamic Bank of Abu Dhabi at 17, 29 pounds for purchase and 17.35 pounds for sale.
