Sport 360 – Cristiano Ronaldo started the recovery after suffering an injury suffered last Monday, during his participation with Portugal against Serbia in the second round of the Euro 2020.

The newspaper Corriere dello Sport has released some secrets of the training and rehabilitation of Cristiano Ronaldo, which will help him recover from a right thigh injury.

Juventus is using a tool that can help them get back on the ground more quickly, particularly with their desire to be against Ajax in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

According to these sources, Cristiano Ronaldo owns a machine called "AlterG" designed by the US NASA space agency, bought during his stay at Real Madrid and allowing a training without gravity.

This machine adjusts the air pressure to reduce body weight to 80%, allowing this activity to speed up the healing process of injuries and to jog without any effect on the joints.

The 34-year-old showed up this morning at the Juventus Training Center in Continosa District, in the north-west of the country, to begin the recovery process.

The Portuguese star is injured in the muscles of the right thigh, while the Italian press has estimated his absence for at least two weeks, which means that he will miss the next three games of the Italian league.
