The Tunisian presidency has previously announced that Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud will travel to Tunisia on Thursday for an official visit.

King Salman is scheduled to meet President Baiji Kayed Al-Sabsi and Prime Minister Youssef Al-Shahed before attending Sunday's Arab summit.

This visit will be an opportunity for Tunisia to propose projects likely to attract new Saudi investments, which currently amount to 2 billion dinars (600 million euros).

The Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the king would be accompanied by a delegation of over one thousand people for the bilateral visit and would attend the Arab summit, which will be followed by an Arab-Chinese economic forum on April 2 .
