Syrian artist Duraid Lahham appeared in a video showing him signing a document and claiming he was guiding California to Mexico.
The scene, broadcast by the Syrian news channel, begins with a document similar to that signed by US President Donald Trump, recognizing Israel's sovereignty over the occupied Syrian Golan.
"The legal value of his decision is equal to that of the Trump terrorist's decision to give the Golan to the Netanyahu terrorist," said Laham, known for several roles in the Arab world.
