Establishment of controls for the provision of services to houses without legal instruments

The official newspaper on Friday released details of the recent Cabinet decision to put in place controls for the provision of services to homes whose owners do not have legal instruments or documents belonging to the property. State in 18 cities and governorates.

The decision included the following: 1) Cabinet Decision No. 394 of 15/10/1435 AH, which prohibits the provision of services to houses whose owners do not have legal documents or documents of property authorized by the State in the following cities and governorates: Riyadh, Mecca, Jeddah, Taif, Madinah, Dammam, Ahsa, Abha, Tabuk, Hi, Arar, Jazan, Najran, Baha, Skaka, Kharj, Khamis Mushait and Qatif.

The resolution also states that the provision of services – in the context of future applications – to housing whose owners do not have legal instruments or titles of property authorized by the state in the cities and governorates referred to in point (1) of this decision, in accordance with the regulations and requirements – – The Housing Program Committee shall fix it for this purpose within a period not exceeding ninety days from the date of publication of this resolution and will be approved by the Prime Minister.
