Excess of LE 3 million in the 2017 budget

Dr. Mohamed Nabil, treasurer of the General Union of Veterinarians, said that during the year 2017, revenue from expenditures had increased and that a surplus of 3 million Egyptian pounds and £ 694,000 had been released as a result of increased investment and revenues in the Union,

Nabil pointed out that total revenues amounted to 15 million pounds and 808,000 and 816 pounds, an increase of 24,443 pounds for the year 2016 due to an increase in contributions and contributions members and a shortage of donations, pointing out that the union had been affected by a decrease in donations of about 8 million. The books were offset by maximizing investments and increasing revenues.

He pointed out that total spending in 2017 amounted to about 12 million and 186,000 and 808 pounds, an increase of 2 million and 110,000 and 375 pounds in 2016, in the areas of grants and contributions, salaries and conferences, and support for unions and training courses, and the union's share of medical unions, pointing out that the increase in spending is due to the increase in the share of the Union and sub-unions contributions.
