The Jubail Royal Commission has announced the signing of a notice to create a site for the construction and operation of a vehicle assembly plant at Jubail Industrial, which indicates that it will have a production capacity of 10,000 cars and will reach 30,000 cars per year over an area of 84,000 square meters.
The notification was signed with the national industrial company "Sinam" in cooperation with the Korean company Sang Ying, as part of the plan of the Royal Commission in Jubail to develop and increase investment in the industrial city of Jubail.
The project aims to set up and operate a vehicle assembly plant with an investment of 700 million riyals and create 300 direct jobs. This project is considered an added value for the city, which is the city's first vehicle assembly plant.
