Officials of the board of directors of the Football Federation have preferred not to attend the meeting between Zamalek and Al Ahly to get out of any crisis that may occur in the presence of members of the Gabaliyya. In addition, the match is inconclusive for the delivery of the shield.

Officials also asked observers to respect the authorized number of 30 members, 15 people from both clubs after agreeing to do so at the security meeting, as well as 100 journalists and media, and not to allow the presence of supporters in the stands and stop the meeting in case of excessive numbers.
