MADRID: Real Madrid sent Scouts to Liverpool for Sunday's home game between German club Juergen Club and Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League.
According to the "Divenza Central" network near Real Madrid, Zidane asked the club to monitor four close players in the showdown, two players from each team.
Zidane is focusing on Liverpool to watch Senegal's top scorer Sadio Mani as well as for Egyptian Mohammed Salah, his co-star in training, sharing the duo and the English Premier League this season with 17 goals apiece.
Regarding Tottenham Hotspur, Real Madrid wants to join the Danish international midfielder Christian Ereksen, who ends his contract with London at the end of next season and refuses to extend it for the moment.
Zidane is also interested in signing Harry Kane from Tottenham despite the difficulty of the deal because the London club does not intend to abandon the player's services for less than 200 million euros, which could push Real Madrid to give up membership next summer.
