Today's world lives by the impact of blocs once the state is convinced that it can not build and achieve the desired development, and that the interests and circulation of money, trade and global and mobile, and across continents. Therefore, despite the existence of the Arab League, it remains a formal advantage that must become a real advantage and take advantage of the important historical stations in which the League of Arab States has discharged its task as expected and hoped.
In other words, the approach of this great Arab institution from the point of view of necessity is a matter to be decided mentally and the belief that the Arab peoples can not exist sporadically and that the League of Arab States is the space in Arab problems and the problems of the Arab countries, Therefore, work must now focus on the functional rehabilitation of the League of Arab States, which is the case of Arab leaders who are more aware of the need of this university and the need for the current Arab crises to resolve them in a way that reflects common solutions and consensus and dialogue based on the public interest.
Leaders are therefore urged to give the university space to play its role of rapprochement of positions and crisis management under Arab cover. Indeed, the power of the university is in the hands of Arab leaders and part of the strength of the Arab states lies in a strong and useful university, endowed with institutions that think, manage, scrutinize and monitor.
Problems of a political nature are numerous and complex, and the accumulation and complexity of these problems are meaningless without an effective role of the League of Arab States. In my opinion, the League of Arab States can not continue to function in the same way and at the same pace as it has always been. Their development is urgently needed to adapt to changes in the Arab region and the world.
The image of the League of Arab States in the representations of the peoples and some Arab elites has become a decoration and the time has come for this university to become active, especially since the leaders who believe in it trust it. There is no problem in making concessions in the public interest.
