A first helicopter to fly on Mars in 2021 made its first flight test. The 1.8-kilogram (4-pound) plane will be carried aboard the Rover March 2020 spacecraft, The sky above the red planet for the first time.

According to the Daily Mail website, the Pasadena lab has as much air as possible for a thin layer of Mars and freezing temperatures of -90 degrees Celsius (-130 degrees Fahrenheit) at night.
The vacuum chamber exchanges nitrogen, oxygen and other carbon dioxide gas to mimic the atmosphere of the red planet, as well as the gravitational discharge system.
A few months after the Rover Landing in March 2021, the helicopter will be disengaged and the pilot flights will last up to 90 seconds.
