Libya is a country rich in oil resources and does not suffer sectarian divisions, but some do not want the return of Libya and want to continue to be a gathering place for al-Qaeda terrorists and fugitives. Al-Qaeda. Dangerous for neighboring countries, especially Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria and Sudan.
