The African Football Confederation (CAF) has announced the appointment of Jambi Bakari Gasama as a referee for the return match between Ahly and Sun Dawes.
Ahli will host the South African South Africans in the quarterfinals of the African Champions League on Saturday (April 13th).
They are assisted by Senegalese footballer Haj Malik Samba and his Senegalese national Djibril Camara.
Bakari Gassama played in eight games with Al Ahly. Al Ahmar won three times, lost his taste and shot twice.
Ahli has not lost under Bakari Gassama in any home game as the three defeats outside of Egypt.
The return match has yet to be determined with the request of the African Union to find an alternative to the Burj Al Arab stadium because of the bad land.
Al Ahly will face the Sun Dunes Saturday in South Africa.
Al Ahli will leave on a private plane Wednesday, one day after the shock of the FA Cup in the Egyptian championship.
