The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has registered the owner of an establishment specializing in the retail food products for violating the supply of outdated and non-compliant products.
The violator was fined, confiscated and destroyed the seized products, in addition to the publication of the sentence handed down by the Al-Baha Criminal Court in two local newspapers at his own expense.
The control teams of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment had earlier seized 200 outdated and non-compliant food products at the site of the infringement violated, to seize the quantity and to seize the judicial authorities.
