Mohammed Faraj Amer, chairman of the Smouha Club, confirmed that he would agree to face Zamalek next season with a foreign or Egyptian refereeing team.
Zamalek is preparing to face Smouha next Wednesday in the league.
In televised statements, Amer said he would not refuse to play against Zamalek, as the federation appealed to foreign or Egyptian referees to lead the match.
He added: "The delay with which foreign leaders have been brought so far refers to the final attribution to the Egyptian rulers.
The Football Federation has officially applied to Zamalek to demand the prompt dispatch of the value of recruiting foreign referees.
Zamalek leads the standings with 54 points, while Smouha is 16th with 25 points.
