Minister of the Civil Service Sulaiman Al-Hamdan approved the organizational frameworks of the Executive Regulation on Human Resources, to be implemented by the date of entry into force of the regulation, 16 May 2019 .
The regulatory frameworks state that the amendment is called a "modification" and that the reduction of positions to 10th or less is decided by the competent minister in accordance with the actual conditions and needs of the work. Each government entity that publishes or reduces the title of the position must document it to the Ministry of the Public Service, with an annual report on the names of the reduced or modified positions.
The ministry released it on February 15. Update of the Executive Regulation on Human ResourcesAfter its adoption by the Committee established by the Council of Ministers, it provided for its entry into force 90 days after its date.
