A former employee of Kentucky's famed restaurant chain sparked a scandal that confirmed the spread of pests and dirt in the global fast food chain.

According to the Mirror newspaper, the employee who worked at the San Pudu branch in Plymouth collected shocking images showing garbage scattered on the ground, sacks of flour in the kitchen and rat droppings on the table of the cooked.

The employee stated that once, he had been instructed to open the restaurant doors at 6 am when he had seen a mouse "looking right" from the window, around the coffee maker and cups. "There is a problem of persistent parasites that can not be solved." Pest control was present but mice continue to return.

The employee confirmed that the company had violated the procedures and regulations, which other eyewitnesses confirmed to have seen rats pass near the car purchase at the branch from the Walsley Road restaurant.

The complaints raise doubts about how the Kentucky Food Standards Board was awarded 5 stars after its last disclosure on July 6, 2017. Despite all the scandals, the restaurant is still open and all its procedures consist of cooperating with a subcontractor to fight mice.
