It is worth mentioning that the Quality of Life 2020 program, released last year by the Council of Economic Affairs and Development, includes the initiative to activate the extended stay program (Gold Card), which aims to attract existing talent to the world and to promote the participation of expatriates in the culture of the Kingdom and to sensitize citizens to the acceptance of other cultures.
