[ad_1]

The African Football Confederation (CAF) is preparing to change the ranking of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAF) next summer in Egypt.

A week before the tournament, CAF officials decided to cut points for each team's World Cup qualifying and FIFA qualifying rankings in March in order to rank the teams in the standings.

Thus, Kef levels are classified in the following way in case of stability on the new method of determining the CAF classification or the KAF classification of the levels.

First, the CAF examines the results of the last three Nations Cup titles, awarding the hero 8 points, 6 points, 3, 4 and 4 points, and the teams that left the quarterfinals three points, three groups and two points of the group a point.

The result of the team is beaten at the Nations Cup 2017 in 3 and in 2015, the result is multiplied by 2 and in 2013 by 1.

Secondly, CAF examines the results of the last three qualifying matches for CAF, namely 2019, 2017 and 2015.

The CAF awards the first group in the 4 qualifying points, the third 3 points, the third three points and the fourth simple point.

Then, the production of each team is multiplied by 2 for the 2019 qualifications, one for the 2017 qualifications and half for the 2015 qualifications.

In the same way, the CAF must be registered Thursday in the FIFA rankings of March.

Does this affect Egypt?

No, Egypt as a tournament host will be in the first level whatever the circumstances.

This affects the teams equal in points after counting their results in the Nations Cup and Safsiat.

Predictably, how do the levels apply after this change?

There is no 100% discount here, but if you use this method and you adapt to it, the draw levels will be as follows.

first level: Egypt – Cameroon – Ghana – Ivory Coast – Tunisia – Senegal

the second level: Morocco – Nigeria – Algeria – Guinea – Mali – Democratic Republic of Congo

Level 3: Uganda – South Africa – Guinea Bissau – Zimbabwe – Angola – Burundi

Level 4: Mauritania – Namibia – Benin – Kenya – Madagascar – Tanzania
