The Ministry of Commerce and Investment announced Thursday the defamation of a citizen and an Asian expatriate after committing the offense of concealment of trade in the field of procurement at Riyadh.
The ministry ordered them to pay a fine, close down the facility and licenses and wind up their activities, as well as to write off the trade register and prevent them from doing the same activity.
The sanctions also included the withdrawal of the suspect and his prohibition to return to work, as well as the publication of the sentence in a local newspaper at the expense of the perpetrators.
