The client service of the program responded: This does not affect the support of the citizen's account and the total salary is indicated, including all allowances, before deductions, without taking into account the percentage of income deduction (insurance / pension) and the Cost of life.

In order to meet the eligibility criteria of the program, the registrant must be a Saudi national, with the exception of the sons and daughters of a non-Saudi citizen, a non-Saudi spouse and of holders of a circulation card.
