A crisis in Egyptian cinemas because of the film "Fantasy of Matte" by Ahmed Helmy

The film "Fantasy of Matte" by Egyptian star Ahmed Helmy has caused a crisis in some Egyptian cinemas during the current season of Eid al-Adha.

Some viewers expressed dissatisfaction because they went to cinemas and in the absence of the movie, such as Nile City Cinema, located in the Nile Corniche, and the Mall of Arabia in October, and cinemas in the mounting area.

There were many questions among a number of pioneering social networking sites, where the delay in publishing the final versions of the film into controversy.

The director of one of the famous cinemas in downtown Cairo told "Erm News" that "the presentation of the film was delayed because the mix of the final version of the film presented problems," adding that "this problem has delayed the printing of copies distributed to cinemas".

He pointed out that this problem had been solved in some cinemas and that the film had officially started Monday, stating that "the film was entering the income race as of today".

Some social media pioneers wrote to tell them that they had entered the cinema and had not found the film, including a disciple named Moussa Sabri.

Ismail Fares replied, "Almost August," and Ali Mohamed added, "He's at Tiba Mall in Nasr City," and Tamer Fayed continued, "He's not here."

Egyptian star Ahmed Helmy returns to the cinema with "Fantasy of Matta", after an absence of three years, in the role of an engineer by the name of Zizo who suffers from suspicion and is exposed to difficult situations because of what hint in a comedy.

The Egyptian star appears with a college character, cares about antiques and uses a coin with every monument that he represents.

The film begins with a step back, showing "my dream" at a young age and begins to find old memories, and how he met his wife, "Bakinam", embodied by the artist Mina Shalabi and the tricks that he was doing to get his attention, and then marry him.

Most scenes take place in the 1960s, with decor and clothing adapted to this period. Ahmed Helmy appears as a man in his fourth decade and as events unfold, another character appears, in which he is a "young man".
