A disturbing report indicates that two-thirds of Android apps on the Android platform are misleading

According to a test conducted by the Austrian antivirus specialist, AV-Comparatives, which found that on 250 antivirus applications on Android, two-thirds of these applications are not antivirus applications, but only claims. However, these 80 apps can only capture 30% of malware, which means that they still can not fully protect you when you browse the internet on your mobile device. This resulted in some applications being labeled as harmful on Android devices because the package names you used were not in the whitelist.

The researchers also found that an alarming number of these apps had been created by the same developer because most of these apps looked alike, putting more emphasis on posting ads than on user protection.
