This means that the rest of the iPhone 12 family doesn’t suffer from this issue, so if you own a Pro Max or Mini model, don’t worry.
Although the problem only appears with a small percentage of phones.
However, this small percentage can mean hundreds of thousands of phones.
This is because Apple sells over a million phones a year, so if the problem shows up in 1% of phones, that means over 10,000 phones.
Also, the period set by Apple for the appearance of defective phones is relatively long, as it covers most of the lifespan of iPhone 12 phones.
Therefore, you need to make sure your phone has the problem or not, and you can check the phone easily.
This is because the problem appears automatically and in a vital part of the phone, where you suddenly stop hearing the sound of calls.
While the sound still works normally in all other applications.
And Apple has announced a new warranty program for defective phones, where you can go to the nearest Apple service center and change the defective part.
In some cases, Apple may completely replace the phone and provide you with a new one, but only a service center can determine this.
So if you find the problem in your phone, then you need to go to the Apple Support Center to make an appointment for your phone maintenance.
Apple only extended the warranty and free repair program for this part for two years from the date of purchase, and that does not mean extending the warranty on all parts of the phone.
The company may also ask you to repair other damaged parts of your phone, if the damaged parts are hampering the repair process.
